The PPC is a Chartered Scientist, an accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach and Sports Scientist and UEFA Qualified Football Coach. With a Master’s degree in Strength & Conditioning and a Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Sciences, the PPC is also qualified to carry out body fat assessments and body type profiling. So whatever your goals are, The Physical Performance Coach has the experience and qualifications to help you achieve them.
